Maya 2016
the scene contain 300 000 polygons, reflection material, area light and exr.file

Photographic Exposure crash Maya.

Hello everyone.
when i do my first render with Simple Exposure - everything ok
when i switch to Photographic Exposure - Maya always crash

i did some simple test with (material reflection, refraction, .exr files)
WOW wow WOW (with simple settings)
How light is travel, reflect and refract - It looks very Great

Please download the plugins zip file and replace the plugin files. You
can simply extract it into the mayaToCorona module.


I did it.
but the swatches preview update doesn't update in real time
it is updated only after rendering image

Sphere from the right has (6400 faces)
Sphere from the left has (25280 faces) after applying smoothing

I think that's not right, are you sure this happens in max also luvualld?

A sphere with that level of subdivision, at least the right one, should not present this effect I think (I may be wrong).

Apply turbosmooth and if already applied then increase it.

to look smooth sphere it is necessary to have  approximately 25280 faces
if you increase the smoothing, than the problem is solved but the geometry becomes very heavy.

if i set glossiness parameter below 0.300
i start to see mesh of object
Is it ok?
