Title: test of CoronaSurface connection
Post by: AndrewAdler on 2015-03-22, 14:13:33
just tried to connect parameters of CoronaSurface mateials
I tried to connect the diffuse color of one sphere to the same parameter to another sphere through the connection editor and the connection didn't work. (probably isn't supported?)
And try to connect two sources of light - spotLight1 and spotLight2 (color, intensity) and everything worked.

Can you tell me what exactly you tried to connect?None of the outputs of the CoronaSurface, CoronaLight, CoronaVolume are supported. Of course you can connect these attributes in maya, but the attribute is evaluated only once during translation not during rendering. As much as I know these type of connections are not supported by corona itself.
