If normals orientation is correct, switching will preserve or improve the look of the scene.

How exactly are you using both Corona's DR and Backburner?

Can you send full logs? https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000002065-gathering-dr-logs

From a workstation i send a job with DR to a master node on render farm, where it's set up an backburner server and master.
here a screen of node and all full logs

I tried, the problem happens even if I launch the animation without backburner.

I can see these errors:

Quote
2020-10-05 16:48:49  Cannot load UHD cache from file. New cache will be calculated from scratch.
Error: Cannot open/read/write file '//NAS/Scambio/nicola/animazione/test/uhd.uhd'

Can you try with path tracing only (path tracing as both primary and secondary GI solver in the Performance tab) and see if the issue persists?

If it does, please send us the scene and we will see if we are able to replicate this behavior:

Looking at it now, it seems that you are using Corona Renderer 6 (non-hotfix) and its DR server.
In Corona Renderer 6 Hotfix 1 we can see:
"- Fixed DR getting stuck when rendering the second frame of an animation"

So please download and install Corona Renderer 6 Hotfix 1 and its DR server and try again. The best idea is to un-install the non-hotfix version first from the Windows "Programs" list.

Hope that helps!
