Hello we have some problems with the Render Selected in Rendersettings.

We have just 2 planes in the Render selected list. But in the rendering there is also a reflection from another object that is visible.

System: macOS 10.14.6, Cinema 4D R20/21 Studio

Not entirely sure what you mean - any objects rendered using render selected will correctly show reflections and refractions of the rest of the scene (otherwise, they wouldn't be able to be composited into the scene in post as they would be missing proper reflections and refractions). To get a render without those reflections and refractions, which is different than what render selected is intended for, you would simply use the native C4D functionality to hide objects you don't want in the render.

We place only the planes in the list we want to shown in the rendering. This is how "render selected" option should work right?
Why we got reflections in the beauty pass then from other objects?

Render Selected should show the reflections of other scene objects - it's there as a way to render just selected objects where those will be composited into the scene in post (e.g. you just changed an object and rather than re-render the entire scene, you want to speed things up by rendering just that object and compositing into the previous render). So Render Selected is working as intended - including reflections, shadows, refractions, GI etc. from the rest of the scene.

For just rendering objects with no influence from the rest of the scene, the native tools to hide objects exist and can be used - but render selected is for a different purpose :)

Alternatively, you could use render selected with Multipass and only use the layers you want (direct, indirect, skip reflections and refractions, etc).
