Hi,

I'd add to this list:

- CoronaSky
- CoronaMixTex
- Round Corners

Without these features is rather difficult to start making some serious work with Corona Standalone.

Best regards.

Hi Ondra, do you have any schedule for the standalone?
I really love corona, but the actual feature set is really limiting my workflow..
The Corona sky  and the corona Mixtex and bumpmapping are really needed...

My requests are the same as elnino's:

- CoronaSky
- CoronaMixTex
- Round Corners

and most of all: hdri rotation and strenght setting

- Rendering area around the mouse pointer (location) in bucket mode just like it works in VRay. It speeds up workflow like hell.:)
- Irradiance map + HD cache mode together for fast, noiseless, but quality results.

THX.

- 'Classic' bump mapping support (not Normal mapping)
- PSD support (multilayer)
- TGA support with alpha

THX

A simple checkbox for a function for eliminating fireflies (overbrightened white pixels) like it works in VRay in the Color Mapping section. It is very important; on stills the white spots could be retouched, but for animation it is a real pain.

Generic exportable  Corona material format with the option to create reusable material libraries on different platforms (as an example the opportunity to use Corona for Max materials in Corona for Blender and so an.

yes, here is the list of recently implemented ones: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,3030.0.html

Standalone version development is currently halted until joel implements all the stuff from last update

Thanks, Ondra.

It would be great to have a platform-independent Corona material format with the ability to create custom libraries...

I don't know for sure that anything is missing from the current version of the exporter. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I've implemented almost everything. There were a few minor things like a few of the camera types, that I didn't add. But I think everything else is in there now(?)

Yeah, I've been kinda silent for a while 'cause I'm gonna be moving about 1300 miles away next month! House hunting is a huge distraction from coding ;)  Things should settle down soon, so I should have more time for new features.  It's just bug-hunting and small updates for the time being.

ok, i went through the requests and implemented the relevant reasonable ones (ones that are actually standalone application related requests). Please continue here: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=3030.msg26027#msg26027
