Hi guys,
in the future will be planned to Tilt shift option in the camera?

You can already do this with Cinema's camera.  Set your cameras P rotation to 0 and then use film offset Y to re-center your shot.

I know (offset film x and y), but tilt shift is another thing..

Are you just trying get straight verticals or the tilt shift blur effect?  What I suggested will give you straight vertical lines.  There is also a tilt camera set-up with Xpresso in the content browser.
