Hello,

I was rcently wondering if it would be possible to implement a similar behavior as Color Correct, with possibility to use settings from another Color Correct map. For UVW Randomizer, I think it could become very handy, when using several maps (diffuse, glossiness, normal ...) for a material, to be able to "link" UVW Randomizer maps with each other. It's possible using multiple Bezier Float controllers, but that can quickly become both time-consuming and messy ... Or am I missing something here ?
What do you guys think ?

Thanks a lot :)

Regards.

I think I requested this a while back.

It was well received by the Dev's and other forum members, but obviously no progress since.

I think perhaps they're re-working the whole system of randomization and hence have no given this any extra thought (I might be wrong!)

Meanwhile you can make template maps or materials with linked parameters and save them to your library for re-use. It looks horribly at first sight, but don't forget that you can always hide all those additional parameters and controller nodes.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

Good morning,

Thanks to both of you, Aaouviz and Romullus, for your feedback.
Yes, I'll certainly end up with creating a template, I was just hoping for an out-of-the-box solution ;) maybe a future version of Corona will bring that !

Have a nice day,

Regards.
