Good morning, I share an image that we are working on and we cannot avoid this effect. The house has small windows and we have put up portals but even so we cannot soften this effect. We have taken the essential channels to see what it can be and we see that it is a matter of direct light, we have been touching parameters without success, what do you think it could be? we illuminate with corona sun.

Maybe it's from caustic? You can disable it and make glass in window Thin. If you don't want sun shadows turn it off and light scene with sky only it will looks like cloudy weather with soft light

There are no portals in Corona Renderer 6. You can remove them, unless you are using an older version.
How exactly is this light made? Is it environment lighting, or a Corona Light placed behind the window?
What we see in your image is the Beauty pass or LightMix?

There are lots of ways to achieve tthe results you're looking for; however, if you say you're using portals, you're probably using an older Corona version. I'll suggest first test the scene using latest Corona release, which requires no portals at all. After that, If you can share some viewport screenshots and light parameters will be handy as well to understand better how you are setting up your lights.
Regards.

Best would be to remove all unnecessary elements (leave just statics and lighting showing an issue) then share it for troubleshooting.
But for now, as noted by sprayer, I'd be looking at glass & sun parameters...

If it's LightMix, then maybe you've just set your light intensity too high or too low? What is its default intensity, and what intensity did you set in LightMix?
