Can't remove this artifacts, to whole model was assign noise to bump for more variation of reflections and it's appear only with bump on, model is high poly even with turbosmooth 3 iteration it's still visible. Render image will be very high res so it's visible at 100% zoom. Please advice

It looks more like smoothing (normals) issue rather than shadow terminator.

I don't know what it was, but reseting transformations of your model, fixed that issue.
