I noticed that in one of my scenes denoising delivers very dissapointing results when that scene is lit with Corona lights. OTOH it works perfectly fine when that same scene is lit with Corona sun and sky. Wonder what could be reason for such a difference?

Rendered couple crops as example and made gif alternating denoised vs not denoised versions. Both crops where rendered under same conditions: 100 passes, both took about the same time to render, both have similar brightness, both reached very small noise level - 0,3-0,6%.

the gifs are really low quality, could you post just individual images?

Sure, attaching original images. Those crops are very low-res though. I can re-render at bigger resolution or just send whole scene to you if it helps.

for me denoising add more fireflies. would be great if you add to turn on only denoise without removing firefly's for that reason

Care to show some examples where denoiser adds fireflies? Curious to see.
