https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000066916-how-to-use-masks-with-reflection-refraction states that CGeometry_Zdepth should be working with propagate masks. However, when I create a mirror and set the mirror material's propagate masks to 'through reflection', I still get the distance of the mirror surface instead of the distance of the reflection in the CGeometry_Zdepth output.

Using corona 6.

Hi, support for CGeometry_Zdepth was implemented at a later date for a daily build of Corona Renderer version 7 https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=30876.msg183142#msg183142, thank you for pointing this out we will update the article to reflect this information better.

@genesys - is this what you are reporting? (see the attached image)

What happens: the reflection of the teapot is "colored" the same as the teapot itself.
What you expect: the teapot itself would be bright as it is, but the reflection should be black (because it is far away from the camera).

Do I understand you correctly?

This is fixed, and the updated version of Corona will be available soon!
(the reflection will appear correctly in the Z-Depth pass - just as if actual geometry was placed in the same distance from the camera as the reflection)
