Hello everyone! I have a problem. I am an Interior Design student and I use Cinema 4d and Corona for my works. The other day I downloaded version 7 of Corona and Cinema R23. But when I start a render I get this message 'the pulging Corona_Release.dll has crashed' and it blocks everything. What needs to be done to solve this problem? Thank you all!

May be helpful to send in the bugreport that was generated, as per the message. Also see https://support.corona-renderer.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402300234001-How-to-report-issues-C4D on how to send that to us.

Thanks for your reply, I have now reported the issue via Maxon's bug report. We hope that the problem is solved also because the strange thing is that for some files the renders start and there are no problems while with other files this message comes out and everything crashes.

I'd sent the bugreport to the Corona team as well, if it's a "3rd party plugin crash" you will most likely get more help from them than from MAXON.

Always! We respond to every support ticket that is submitted. You can use this link https://support.corona-renderer.com/hc/en-us and use the ''Submit a request'' at the top. Whilst that is happening, can you try to install Corona again using the ''unpack'' method as described in the article below and let us know if that helps at all?
