Error: Could not acquire rendering license?

How do I resolve this error? The link to "open Licensing Server" on this modal doesn't do anything. And I've didn't see anything in the Helpdesk when I searched this title.

So does this mean that, if I lose internet service due to a storm for example, I cannot use Corona? This will certainly limit the usefulness of the software for some people.

You can check the licences out for 14 day "offline" chunks of time I think.

There's definitely something going on at the moment though - I have an open ticket as one of my online licenses suddenly disappeared from the License server.
