Title: Photographic exposure issue
Post by: romullus on 2014-02-22, 19:56:15
Build timestamp: Feb 21 2014 20:47:16
Maxsdk version: 2013

Ticking on use photographic exposure checkbox in corona settings/exposure and color mapping tab, resets exposure (EV) value back to default setting.

this is intended behavior, since using photographic exposure means you cannot use EV-based exposure

But is there a need to reset it back to 0? Isn't enough just grey it out instead of reseting? It's quite inconvenient, because i like to switch between photographic and ev based exposures in the same scene often. I used to it while i worked with mental ray.

Yeah I'm a mental rayer and this how we fine tune exposure.
