Hi all.

I tend to do DOF in post but am using Corona more and more.  I noticed last night that DOF is disabled on cameras set to Spherical 360 mode.

I'm sure there's a reason for this but it'd be good to know what.

A 360 VR is meant to be experienced as if you were there - not as if photographed by a camera. You will notice your eyes don't have depth of field, as they always adjust focus to what is in the center of your view. It would be very unpleasant to try to look at some part of a  360 scene you are immersed in only to find it is out of focus :)

If you're expecting a camera-like photo, it's clearly no longer a 360 VR experience. It is a product with static pixels.
