Don't change item name to <deleted>

Note that this relates to objects which have a include/exclude list "previewer", such as CoronaDistanceMap or Scatter. CoronaLights don't have this "previewer" and the deleted objects will simply be missing when opening the actual Include/Exclude window.
Do you think it makes sense to have such a "previewer" for all Corona objects with include/exclude/add list?

I suppose this would be pretty handy... and at the very least good to be consistent.

While we're on the topic (sorry to add another request here, but it's related), I started another conversation a while back about having the ability to toggle the 'include/exclude' easier, without having to go into the extra settings pop-up thing. Can I also bump this, so perhaps it can be somehow incorporated into that previewer?
