"Material Library" Material -jumps to dark

Hi!

the carpet material jumps into the dark.
 I don't know if it's due to the complex light or the complex material.
- I start the scene with VBF  (view 11)
- change the camera angle (view 12)
- click vbf stop and start vbf again .. the carpet is dark now

the material "Fabric Velvet Crushed" has such a strong material
effect that it behaved like a bug for me:
the point is falloff does not follow the vbf.
the angular stability can be achieved by: change the falloff settings
from camera to world. & direction setting for details.
