Student Dormitory, Leipzig, Germany

We present our visuals of a student dormitory project, located in Leipzig, Germany. Since the photos of the plot were not satisfying enough, we decided to build everything in 3d from scratch. It's always easier to create interesting whiteboards for the clients when the whole scene is a 100% 3d model :) We hope you will like it.

Software used: 3ds max, Corona renderer, Adobe Photoshop

Wow, awesome work. Great detailing and materials used. I like the overall grading and colors very much. Also I think I don't often see a good use of 2d people. Good job.
One thing I noticed was in the bedroom image the curtains seem to have no railing.

Really cool!
I loved the brick texture.
Would be awesome to hear more about the lighting also.

Great work!

Thank you so much for your feedback!

@wilbertvandenbroek Thank you! We are very happy that you liked our work. Thats true, the railing is missing, because it's hidden behind suspended ceiling, but appartently it's not so visible since there is no lighting coming from the top.

@husherson2 Thanks! Brick texture is from Poliigon library, a little bit tweaked by us ;) To light up the exterior scene we used HDRI maps and low sun to make warm feeling in the render. In the interior we used just Sky + Sun :) Hope it explained a little bit :)
