Ok, other than the tips I already wrote you can try lowering diffuse level, and using a map for translucency, or at least some greenish color (probably the same map as for diffuse). You should also probably lower reflection glossiness.

I have lots of that noise on the ceramic as well. Here is my material. (Not sure if it's 100% correct)
