I am sure the issue will be resolved by June 14, but even in case of some unforeseen difficulties, we will be able to apply some temporary solutions such as issuing an extra license. Thanks Maru!  Kelsey reached out just now, so hopefully it will shake out now.  Appreciate the help!

They said this was resolved, but evidently not.  All my corona\phoenix licenses just went away.  If anyone is awake over at Chaos\Corona please help, I'm in the middle of a deadline and CIE now won't open.  Going to try activating a demo but I need to deliver this packet this evening...thanks.

EDIT:  For anyone following this rollercoaster, about five hours after my licenses went away I got a 'Thanks for your subscription!' email and my licenses were back.  But with a 5 hour lag smack dab during a deadline.  I let support know, but this seems really weird.  Hoping to switch to annual to avoid anymore 'chaos' :)

Hello desperately need help with my license.

I did have 3ds Max 2023 and Corona 10 beta with 2 render nodes working perfectly.

Recent updated to 3DS Max 2024 and Corona 10 final. Now license isn't working.

I receive this message:
Failed to get license for product Corona for 3ds Max.
-199: Internal error: Please contact Chaos support.

I made a ticket and haven't gotten a response.

Any help would be appreciated.
I’ve attached my license page summary.

@Napola76 - in your support ticket #132731 you got this message from one of our support agents on Friday 30.06:
"Please send us full-page screenshots of both http://localhost:30304/ and http://localhost:30304/#/about from the affected machine."

Please continue the conversation with the support agent through the support system.

Thank you for the quick reply Maru, the problem is related to people's Corona Trial as sometimes the newer version of Chaos Licencing Server does not recognize the trial license.

The solution I found was to uninstall the CLS 6.0.1 in order to install an older version of it I think I chose 5.5.2 and It worked flawlessly.

I'm not currently putting in a ticket unless you need it for some stats.

This is not about stats. The forum is just not the right place to solve licensing issues (it is fine to report them here, though!). This can only be done by the right teams who are reachable through the support portal. They can resolve the issue for you and also log it for developers if needed so that it gets fixed for good, also for other users.

There could be various reasons for this specific issue and the actual solution depends on the setup you are using - for example: one centralized license server? Or one license server running locally on each PC?

Hi,
i have the usual issue:
Installed corona-11-3dsmax-daily-2023-11-10 on workstation, all ok,
but installed on node (it is set as offline license) i have a licenser server not found error.

Reverting on corona 10 hotfix2 all ok.

I hope I don't have to "borrowing" the node, it's really boring.

Corona license not found.
The image may come out wrong (e.g. darker or missing objects) because of this.
