Medical Center, Bad Oeynhausen, Germany

The time has come to reveal one of the projects, that we are particularly proud of: It’s been pure pleasure for us to work on a set of marketing visualizations for Medicampus, a large mixd-use building, that is planned to be built in Bad Oenyausen, small spa town in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.

Big „thank you“ goes to our clients for an excellent cooperation on that one. We were given by them a free hand in creation process, so we decided to play a bit with different time and lighting conditions. Because of its scale and complexity, it was a really challenging project for us – our goal was to present the building from general to specific, so among eye-level renderings you will also find bird’s eye view, drone-perspective and a couple of interior shots. Enjoy!

Software used: 3ds Max, Corona, Adobe Photoshop, Itoo Software

Thank you so much for your feedback!

@wilbertvandenbroek Thank you! We are very happy that you liked our work. Thats true, the railing is missing, because it's hidden behind suspended ceiling, but appartently it's not so visible since there is no lighting coming from the top.

@husherson2 Thanks! Brick texture is from Poliigon library, a little bit tweaked by us ;) To light up the exterior scene we used HDRI maps and low sun to make warm feeling in the render. In the interior we used just Sky + Sun :) Hope it explained a little bit :)

Student Dormitory, Leipzig, Germany

We present our visuals of a student dormitory project, located in Leipzig, Germany. Since the photos of the plot were not satisfying enough, we decided to build everything in 3d from scratch. It's always easier to create interesting whiteboards for the clients when the whole scene is a 100% 3d model :) We hope you will like it.

Great work! People look really like in place, which is very hard to do. Could you share a little bit of your workflow with implementing people? Did you took pictures of people with the lighting and position suitable for the view?

CGI recreation of Villa 13, Athens, Greece.

We would like to present our back in a day project: CGI recreation of Villa 13, designed by Parthenios architects and associates. We were inspired by geometric form of the villa and its design. It's surprisingly good how caustic looks and works in latest Corona renderer. Renderings are based on Giorgos Sfakianakis photos. Hope you like it!

Bäckebol Housing Complex

This is our latest project for client from Stockholm: Three multifamily buildings located on a slope in the forest not far from the city. The goal was to present architecture “blended” in the green context. We wanted to recreate existing reality as close as possible to its conditions.

We believe, that architectural renderings should tell a story about the relation between building and its context. Details matter and we enjoy when people spend time discovering them one by another.
We hope you will like it. Night capture was created just for us, to experiment a little bit with the mood on the visualizion. We could exaggerate a little bit with the weather conditions in Sweden though :)

Thank you very much for you opinion! Indeed the geometric form can create impression a little confusing in perspective :)
