“Pravda” Residential Complex

The site of the former Soviet printing plant - known as “Pravda” - is being remodeled into a work-live-play complex with residential, office and retail. The 22-acre complex just about a ten-minute drive from downtown Moscow is expected to make headlines for its rich appeal, central location and perks such as easy access to city parks, movie theatres and chef-driven restaurants.

The development will feature two 21-storey towers which will offer a panoramic view of downtown Moscow and key landmarks. Residents of "Pravda" complex will get the opportunity to choose from among luxury loft apartments with one-, two-, three- and even four-bedroom plans.

While creating this 3D image, we’ve strived to choose a setting that suits the design and the surroundings the most and enhances the feeling of dainty elegance.

The 150-acre mixed-use project in one of Moscow’s most picturesque neighborhoods, adjacent to the city center, provides high amenity with its recreational facilities and ensures preservation of environmental quality and open space.

Away from busy street life, a landscaped courtyard greets residents and seeks to create an atmosphere where people are again connected to each other.

While creating this 3D-image, we strived to zoom in on the details to give an effect of action freeze mode. This architectural render reads like a visual entry in a very personal diary.

“Ostrov” (Island) Residential complex

This transformative project aims to reinvigorate one of the Moscow areas that is being redeveloped after sitting empty for years.

Located on a tiny natural island and ideally positioned between the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) and gorgeous urban park, residential complex “Island” will be a mixed-use, transit-friendly “urban village” development consisting of 4,300,000 gross square feet, including apartments, schools, leisure centres, sport facilities, office space, and ground-level retail.

We’ve tried to give a complete understanding of how this residential complex will look in reality. The focus is put on the stunning surroundings and balconies overlooking the horizon from high up. We’ve simulated the effects of atmospheric perspective to create the illusion of space and to make the scene more three dimensional.

Situated within a spectacular semi rural setting, “Pestovo” is the perfect place for those who wish for a sustainable lifestyle in a comfortable eco-friendly home by the water.

We’ve tried to convey an image of a place that has countryside on its doorstep and an intimate connection to nature.

“Zanevsky” brings together the best the city has to offer, providing high-end apartment amenities and opportunities for work, school, and fun, while also preserving a community feel. The project focuses on the existing urban fabric, filling the gap in the neighborhood.

“Zanevsky” will consist of a four-building complex ranging in height from six to fourteen stories. In addition to about 26,000m² of housing units, this mixed-use development is planned to include ground-level retail, restaurants, health facilities, co-working space and play areas for kids.

We’ve created a bunch of 3D images showing off this apartment complex to track changes it gives off throughout the day. We’ve finally chosen the evening setting as it suits the design and the surroundings the most.

Managed by “Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group”, the award-winning hotel operator, the project provides prestigious accommodation within steps of the Kremlin.

The historic site features four new residential buildings that utilize vernacular elements and make these two worlds of old and new come together.

We wanted the word “elegance” to come to mind when one looked at this 3D image. Every detail was carefully thought out to make this image confirm the idea that when old and new architecture were joined in a thoughtful manner, the results could be dazzling.

Located in Moscow city centre and surrounded by historic buildings from the Stalin era, “Glory” towers are being constructed to rise above its neighbours. In addition to about 50,000m² of luxury apartments and residential lounge spaces, this mixed-use development is planned to include ground floor retail and flexible offices looking into the private garden.

We’ve made several exterior 3D images featuring this apartment complex. To set up the scene for the “right” mood we’ve tried to recreate fleeting moments of light during dawn and dusk. All details work together to emphasize how tall and impressive buildings will be, and to project a certain indefinable sense of well-being.

Media City in Central Saint Petersburg


Conceived as a complex of 5 buildings with connecting flying bridges and light glazed roof, Media City is inspired by the concept of a molecule, with the cores linked with each other on different levels.

The project will include office spaces for media and other creative industries, as well as the public realm covered by glazed roof which is planned to extend the usable public space. The concept aims to fuse technology with aesthetics of history.

This 3D image is not all about the aesthetics, it’s about telling a story. Our goal was to convey a warm and friendly atmosphere of the location. People taking a walk around and chatting informally liven up this architectural CG render, evoking positive emotions.
