Have you tried using the uninstaller and then installing Corona again? https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000534885

Awesome! :)
I would maybe try to combine kitchen with toilet somehow. Could be very cool and stylish!
Welcome to Polish "old building" apartments. I'm not sure how this looks around the world but I know a guy from Ireland who moved to Poland and was shocked to find out such apartments exist. Usually kitchen with shower, toilet on the corridor shared with 2-3 other apartments. :)

After installing the Windows updates, did you try restarting your PC and checking if there are new Windows updates available?

[Max] I need help! / Re: Using Sun + HDRI at the same time?
« on: 2015-01-31, 14:29:46 »
With a good HDRI you should be able to render realistic skylight+sun shadows.

Depending on what you are doing, you can use your HDRI as just direct visibility override (for reflections, refractions) and use Corona's Sun+Sky for lighting. Or you can remove the sun from HDRI in photoshop and use Corona's sun.

Doesn't it show up if you restart IR?
Do you have hair and fur enabled in viewport?

Light leaks may show up for example if you are rendering from inside of a room that has no thickness (walls are planes) or if there is a light source inside an object that has no thickness. Example: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000516209

Maybe this will be helpful?

And here is a method that may help identify whether noise comes from direct or indirect light:
https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000516731

Sometimes it makes sense to increase GI / direct samples but probably not that much. How many passes did you get in your images?

16 GI and 2 for LSM. :)

I thing this would suggest that something is wrong with your scene. Maybe materials or geometry? Maybe some light leaks?

Got problems with noise and some "firefly" in direct light and reflect.  Some crash with DR too.
Sample 64, msi 20, lsm 16.
This means that during each pass you get:
-1AA samples per pixel
-64 GI samples per pixel
-64*16=1024 direct light samples per pixel
While default values are 16 GI samples and 32 direct light samples and they work well in most cases.

Unless it was intentional for some reason, no wonder there were some fireflies/noise problems. 64 GI samples is very high, too.

I thought the same. This is something that proper adaptivity should handle. It looks horribly awkward to use.

If only Corona could compare noise information from previous and next passes... :)

I would say that most images lack contrast which makes them dull. For some reason you look at them and instantly know they are renders, not photos.

The snow on vegetation looks great, is this some special script or did you model it yourself?

You put your scene inside your scene so you can render while you render!

Looks great, I can imagine a herd of hipsters living in there. :)

the channels dont get saved, all black images
Does this happen in distributed rendering and are you saving to tif or png?

Hi Micmac, it's still WIP but maybe you will find some useful info in this article: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000501666

btw, it looks more like gamma than alpha problem ;)

I also don't know what kind of scene you are preparing but if it's a large scene (3000x3000m) and you are rendering with a wide-angle camera (?), then the correct DoF effect will be very subtle - don't exaggerate it if you care about photographic look.

There is another possibility: Utilities > More... > Rescale World Units but I'm not sure how it works for example with cameras or other "rigs".

I would try to make it as physically-correct as possible. It will make your life easier.
