  • Opacity pass in volume material now renders correctly
  • Corona bitmap obeys the mapping in bump channel now
  • Cubic mapping and other mappings that depend on the normal now work correctly with bump-mapping (some bugs still remains)
  • Corona bitmap shader automatically fills-in the texture when created over existing C4D bitmap shader
  • Light-mix settings are remembered between renders as well as when the scene is saved
  • Separated bloom and glare checkboxes in virtual beauty pass
  • Added Corona Image Editor to Windows installer (macOS port of image editor is not finished yet)

  • Fixed accidentally flipped ambient occlusion shader exclusion options functionality
  • Material IDs (selections) for Corona proxy are exported now

  • Fixed nonworking single frame rendering when Team Render Server was used
  • Fixed enabling and disabling of render stamp in Team Render
  • Fixed bug when different colour profiles were used in Team Render especially in combination with Multi-Pass
  • Fixed bug when colour profile of rendered image was changed after end of Team Rendering in some cases
  • Fixed bug when post processing was not applied after end of Team Rendering
  • Fixed bug when multiple passes was not rendered sometimes even if the Multi-Pass was enabled
  • Implemented saving of rendered image in Team Render

Notes:
Team rendering still works only in Picture Viewer. To make it work in VFB we still need to make some changes in Core. These changes will also fix the statistics (only passes are counted now), nonworking adaptivity and noise and time stop limit.

  • Added Shadow catcher material
  • Partially fixed bump mapping (flipped one of axis when Corona bitmap was used)

Notes:
Interactive rendering is currently fully supported only in VFB. In Picture Viewer, the changes are detected only when the mouse button is released after the mouse move. Implementation of IR touched nearly every part of the plugin so there can be bugs in things which worked well before but non-interactive rendering works the same as before.

  • Added a workaround for crash caused by motion blur, so it is disabled when the scene contains a subdivision surface applied to an object hierarchy containing both an object with UVW tag and an animated object
  • Fixed random resetting of post-processing values in IR
  • Fixed Xpresso scripts by re-enabling IR update on null object data changes
  • Fixed the Include/Exclude list functionality in Corona Light
  • Fixed bug in TeamRender where denoising was computed on clients, when it should not be because it is not supported in current implementation
  • Reduced viewport "stuttering" during updating of IR (better fix needs changes in core so it will be done for Beta 2)
  • Material stacking now takes the first material's displacement
