Hi guys,

A couple of months ago we had the possibility of working on some images for the Flatrock motorsports park that is being built in Tennessee. One of the images requested was an action shot for a motorbike race, showing both the pit building on one side and the Main Grandstand on the other. Our idea was to place simulate the camera being on the back of one of the bikes and grabbing the action behind it.
We are always happy to work on these motorsport action shots, and we definitely enjoyed creating this one.

Full cg and as always, Corona renderer with Cinema4d. Grading and pass compositing with Photoshop.

Hope you guys like it!

Hi, thanks for your words! All scattering was done with Corona Scatter, which right now, that we know of, is the best scatter for Cinema4d. We used to use both Surface Scatter and Forester (and of course Mograph as well) but they are leagues behind the stability and performance of Corona Scatter and it's integration. Also, quite often we use motion Blur with Corona, and the only way to make it work, is to use the scatter with proxies, instead of the old render instances workflow with Cinema4d.

Hi everybody!

Long time no post :) Today we wanted to share a set of images we have done for a small but really nice project. Images were made for an architectural competition for a small wine tasting pavilion on a vineyard in Portugal.
The client's idea was to portray the use of the pavilion during Summer time and also during Winter, which could be fully open or completely closed.

Full CG, done in Corona and Cinema4d.

Hope you like it.

Hey everyone,

Here is a new artwork made to explore the new Corona 7 properties and my continuous search for different graphical approaches.
Frazetta's paintings highly influenced my approach to this image.

Apart from the finished image, I post here the raw render as well and the Raw Component Diffuse pass (cause I just love how it always looks :D)

Cinema4d, Corona, Megascans and Photoshop were used.

Hope you guys like it, and hope everyone is doing fine,
Joe Valliant

[C4D] I need help! / Corona 7 Proxy materials
« on: 2021-08-27, 10:11:16 »

Hi guys,

I have been experiencing some issues with the proxy creation. Everything works fine, but on some objects it doesn't recognize all the materials on the original mesh. I am trying to convert a sofa which has 11 materials with polygon selections and on the proxy itself only 10 appear. This only happens on a couple of objects, but I still haven't been able to pinpoint why exactly it happens :/ Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Thanks and hopefully someone can shed some light into it.

Hi guys,

we just finished a very quick project (1 and a half days) to test megascans and image atmosphere. Dream car AMG G63 2020, model is not from us, it's from Zifir3d.

Software used: Cinema4d, Corona 6, Megascans and Photoshop.

Hi Marcin, As usual every new work you put out just pushes the boundaries of what's possible further out! It's a beautiful set of images, like nothing I have ever seen! Congrats and I will be looking forward for your next personal endeavour!
