Albedo: Base Layer / Texture
AO: Multiply it with the Albedo texture (as an option)
Displacement: Displacement / Texture (mode should be "normal", the other modes are for vector displacement, they have maps with "weird colors" similar to normal maps)
Roughness: Roughness / Texture (must be in Roughness mode that is default)
Normal: Bump / Texture, but place a Corona Normal shader there first, the Normal map goes in there, you can also add an extra bump map (if available)
