"Sending the finished render from VFB to C4D PV" means using the >C4D button in the VFB, correct? This does not seem to crash for me in a simple scene. Could you share the scene that is problematic for you?

Now this error does not happen anymore for me. I don't know what I have changed, but now it works again. Thank you.
