[C4D] General Discussion / Falloff alternate in C4D

Hi,

in 3D max falloff have input option but in c4d fresnel don't have input just gradient color and layer also does not work well.
attached screen shot.

What can be the best option for mixing two object/materials with falloff in C4D..?

Hi, Thanks for nice feature in V13.
Noticed Outline Material does not work with Camera "Near Clipping" distance.
No idea if anyone have same issue or not...!
Using 2025.2.1 in Win 11.

Hi,

Build a scene and one window is only source light inside room with sky and sun light.
Outside is so bright clouds are not seeing... how can I see clouds through the window...?

[C4D] Bug Reporting / VFB render/ stop dropdown menu are misplaced

Hi,

it was in v12 and V12 hotfix1 its same... I think ignored or not noticed....!

VFB render and stop button drop down menu are misplaced.
its only on display 2, although both are same size and pixel... just company difference.
Screen shot attached.

And one more when close VFB, it should remember its place (monitor 1 or 2), not on default place if open again vfb.

Hi,

VFB enlarged and when open render button, drop down menu is misplaced.

and one more... VFB when close, its not remember its place, vfb open again and it opens in its default place.
V11 was not like this.

Hi, a candle glass with grey volume and branding label mat sticker.
Sticker coming black... it should be mat white, any idea how can I fix sticker...?

Sticker effects with glass volume, if I do it white sticker comes fine.

One object render with object buffer mask, when saves... its with rgba file also...!
When remove mask... it doe not saves rgba file.
Any idea...?

layer material with normal direction, front back label over glass, shows masking patch...?
but inside label (red) need white.

Am I doing in some wrong way or its a bug...?
anyone can try...?

and Decal works with front back material...?

layer material shows mask path and direct its fine....

in S24, V6... again IR size issue. smaller size (800x800) fine and when do IR in 2k or 3k... IR goes out of screen.... very enlarged view. It was fine in R23.
need fixes in V6....!
