Title: Shadow catcher / reflection Crash

I'm getting a consistent crash when adding a noise shader to the reflection texture slot in the shadow catcher material. Has happen all 3 times of trying. Bug report is attached.

To recreate it, make a new shadow catcher material, activate reflection, drop a noise shader in the texture slot. Crash...!

Also I'm running the latest build.

Can you please test it in the 2017-11-07 daily build (https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=15602.msg114025#msg114025 (https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=15602.msg114025#msg114025)) and if it will crash can you please send me the scene because it works on my computer in the latest daily build.

Hi Nikola,

Just tested it but got another crash. This time it was from dropping the sky object into the environment slot of the shadow catcher. Prior to that, dropping a noise shader into the texture slot worked. I've attached my bug.
