I only implement a animation option in the render view if more than only one person needs it. I personally do not like it, and it is the first thing I turn off in vray. The goal is to be as interactive as possible and this is not the case any more if you do animations. And if you are not interactive any more you can do batch rendering with one mouseclick.

I need 5-10 frames sequence. 2-3 hours per frame.
it is better to see the problem in a buffer.
Very hard implement this checkbox?

Now with roundCorners node working but that with attribute "roundCorners"?

Waiting chackbox animation in Render View. Very need.

And performance... Max A6 faster near 10-15%. Especially with textures

Connect it. This way is not so easy.
Add attributes on shader  called "Round Corners Map". Options appeared but nothing happens.
Can make automatic add attribute like in vray?   Menu Attributes-Corona-Round Corners

Haggi,  is possible to put a round corners in the shader?
Not comfortable always connected in bump slot.
Maybe like Vray through Add Attributes...

Uncheck  "No OSL" and   performance with textures much better. Thanks Haggi!
And no crashes when connect file node.

.tx not solve the problem.
Assign one shader, one texture -  white fill 256px X 256px.jpg!
Without texture 2438378 rays
With texture         364739 rays    Truble!!!

Test on Sphere:
-Start New scene
-Create Sphere
-Assign Shader with texture
Without texture 20 million rays
With texture        6 million  rays  Truble!!!

I prefer testing on projects. All with textures.
Speed slow down dramatically. A6 MAX woks fine. I wrote about it 0.40...

Scene witout any light, only object. Assign any texture speed slow down.

-Crashes when connect file node - random.  Create object-assign shader- click checker-select file node-crash.

-Tesing AO, IBL,...  should not on spheres and on projects..

-Again rendering with textures very slow. This is a problem №1! When it is planned fix it?
Many crashes when connect file node
-Photographic Exposure crash Maya.
Others not tested,  impossible to work without textures

about 20 hours for the first image @4000*3000 with DOF and gi/faa: 8
7/8 hours for second and third @4000*3000

cpu xeon e5 2697 24core @ 2.7ghz

Render with textures is very slow.
Wait for Haggi fix it.

Trying to push Corona on Maya a little bit further.
I'm testing some simplified shaders workflow I use with mental ray, not bad at all.
A great things to have could be something like :
AO_shader
Mib_color_Mix
Layered Shader
curvature shader

A really big thank to Haggi for the great work, please support him to bring us a final version of Corona for Maya as soon as possible.
We really need it!

Clean images. What render time?
Yes. Solid release of Corona very need.
