Hi developers! I do not know what the problem is, but when you save the render 3DS max crashes. Copy objects to another scene. Problem still exists. Attach files.
Soon the deadline, and I can not send pictures to the customer pre-(((

Hi, have you already created a support ticket? https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

What do you mean by "when you save the render 3DS max crashes"? Do you mean saving the .max file? Or saving the content of VFB? If VFB, then how are you saving it? Via "save" button inside Corona's VFB, or do you set output path and press render? More details, please. A step-by-step guide would be best.

There is a crash in ntdll.dll, looks like I cannot tell anything more. Ondrej will have to inspect this.

ok, it crashes inside ptm64.dll, which according to google is "PretonSaver" - http://www.preton.com/pretonsaver.asp

It is possible that this application is injecting its shit stuff into other applications and causing them to crash. Or it could be malware. Can you try somehow disabling/removing this preton saver and trying again (after restart)?
