Steps:

Opening scene->  "render setup".

This message pops, after click on "accept" the rollout opens (no hassle) and error dissapears forever.

are you opening a scene made in newer corona version by any chance?
Rendering is magic.How to get minidumps for crashed/frozen 3ds Max | Sorry for short replies, brief responses = more time to develop Corona ;)

 Its just the scene attached opened in last v7.2 (no fancy daily just common public release).
The scene was from this post:

And its generated by 21 dic daily.(So is generated by opening afile generated by newest version of Corona in older common people version)

Interesting is that in 7.2 i have no noise whatsoever but in 21 dic version daily they get a LOT.

ok, you are opening newer scene in older build, that does not always work well - there is not much that can be done. At least the scene should not crash.
