If I zoom in to specific areas, it can be mistaken for a photo. Also those roses are not 3d are they? texture or photoshop cut out?. Just wondering, its your cheddar after all. :)

Believe it or not those rose are 3d and rendered in the scene (screen shot attached). But yeah, they totally ook 2d here! I really should have replaced them, I didn't even like them in the original vray version either.
