Corona 7 daily install problem

Hi,

the installer (corona-7-c4d-daily-2020-11-19-win) refuses to start in win 10.
In win 7 I sometimes close the "install service" process in task manager or something similar and it worked.
In win 10 I click on the .exc file twice and nothing happens, not even as admin....does anyone have any idea which process or what is to blame for this? In win 10 I don't see the "install service" process anywhere in task manager
P.S. antivirus program is OFF
