so i had to upgrade the multiscatter to make it work with corona
it gives error msg when you press render ( one for every multiscatter object ) but after that it works fine


i scattered some grass blades like their igrass photo for reference :)


some fireflies :(

i was busy after the Christmas . all these elf and reindeer hehe


i tried to make a scene where it is about to rain . i am working on a rainy scene now and i would love to have some tips for rain ( ofcorse that would be post ) but what about making the texture wet ? like the usual specularity and a bit of wetting the texture in photoshop ? or is there a better way of doing so ?

[Max] Resolved Bugs / forest pack crashing corona

whenever i try to use forestpack with corona it crashes it scatters the stuff fine but as soon as i press render it crashes
i am using alpha 5


forst pack workd fine with mentalray and scanline

this was some random model in my friends library . bicycles were pretty high res so spend some time to optimize them . i am not a good modeler so well didnt worked very well .

lighting . hdri map

materials - just shaders on cyles . on the wall there is mix material with normal concrete mixed with dirt texture and a color correction node for that brown look
upper glass was simple regular glass
lower green glass has a low glossy value

render time - well after 16 mins ( 55 passes ) it was fine but there was  little grainy so i let it run 100 passes ( total 26 mins )

[Max] I need help! / how to resume render

i know it must be sinple but i cant find any way to resume it
i hav read keymaster say that we can resume render from autosaved exr files but i cant seem to find the settings about it
i am using alpha v5

Gallery / getting the hang of corona

i was trying this and this little thing is pretty amazing :)

the render times are insane maybe coz i cranked up settings too high

this wasa vray scene which i converted i deleted the lights and converted all the materials into corona material using dead clown's converter which worked flawlessly . after a few tweaks i was fine with materials
the lighting was done with a daylight only nothing else ( corona sun & corona sky )

getting ahead now i hope to have some community members to pick up the flaws in this and tell me how to improve myself
