I try to adjust the water better...but
that's how it looks water in this situation and lighiting on natural photo

I would try to add slight anisotropy to water material, to stretch reflections toward viewer. And i would get rid of that blurriness in lower part of image - reflection almost certainly won't get blurry that much, if at all.

Water looks fine to me, it can definitely get like this. If I wasn't on CG forum, I would never question the realness of water, but the plants ;- ).

The blurriness in water is always more noticeable closer to lens, exactly how motion blur works.
