No offence , but that does not look like a real project.
The engineers should have his Insurance well up to date as he is going to get sued over that.

Way too tall, and structurally unsafe.

I find the whole urban dev. area quite funny, especially 'the thing' sticking out. Reminds me of a 'Schwartz scene' in "Spaceballs" parody to "Star Wars". If you just take a glance at thumbnail, there it is, a middle finger to the world along with: "Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.", and then when you do the research... "Oh, the parody!" ;)

lol. are you an Architect or Structural Engineer? ...perhaps you should look up Burj Khalifa.
