Hi
is there a script or a tool to make preview for multiple cameras in the scene,
each to a specific file, at the time range of the shot...?

there is this script : http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/multi-camera-preview-0
which is very good but it makes one clip containing all camera in sequence.
i need seperate file for each camera...

dont know if it is able already or not, but would be great to see the render elements even
as corona IR is inside an extended viewport, like a list or with up\down arrows...

Hi
I use round corner map not only for bump,
But in diffuse for edge details.
But when I put it in the mask channel of
A layer in composite material, it is not
Recognized anymore...
Is there a workaround?

it would be awsome to have a button that applys the changes i made to the lights in the lightmixer panel,
to the actual lights in the scene.

for now the only option is to add the render element LightMix as the final render sequence...

Hi
im using heavily the AO pass in my work.
thanks to the amazing denoise function, i can now render my frames in less time and less passess.

but...
the main image gets denoised and cleaned as expected, the AO pass is still noisy because i use few passess now.
is there a way that the denoising happens on the AO too?

[Max] I need help! / Corona and virtual reality content

I have a question about the process of VR 360 stereo content creation.

I'm doing a deep rnd about VR.  I have Samsung gear VR .
I know how to make a 2d 360 image or movie with the corona camera modifier
Set to spherical rendering. All good in 2d.
But to create a 360 stereo side by side image for the gear, I now work like this:
I make a stereo rig in 3dsmax basic tools, which creates  a left and right
Cameras, determining the distance between the eyes and the zero plane with the stereo rig.
Then I put a corona cam mod on top of each camera and setting it to spherical.
The result is like this: in the middle of my view , the stereo effect is quite ok, but as I look left or right the effect is almost gone.
Testing with octane render and vray, which both treat this subject in making a spherical render on top of one camera only, octane adding stereo parameters in camera, and vray with the stereo helper,
Their images have the stereo effect of near and far all over the 360 view!!
I can't get corona to achive the same effect.

Is there a better way of doing 360 VR stereo images or clips in corona??

hi
when trying to change the render elements names,like "CMasking_Mask" max crashes.

also when trying to type in render window,"time output",and "Frames" , like 1,3,5-12,  max crashes.

any solution?

how can i create a button on the toolbar that is a toggle state of the "material overide" checkbox ?

been using it a lot testing lights....

i know the script is : renderers.current.mtlOverride_enabled = true  or  false
but this force me to have 2 buttons.
how can i make it a toggle button?

is backface culling not working in corona?
i have a box with flip normal modifier and backface cull in object properties, but it renders as 2 sided.

any clue?

i created simple Corona scatter of some pyramids with noise in density map.
animated the noise phase, in interactive view the scattering changes accordingly.

sent it to final render, the scattering is not animated.

your thoughts...?

what is the way to send only the render elements to the render farm ?
the "render only elements" button works on a single frame only,right?

i need to send some passes fast without the diffuse pass taking its time...

how do I lock the interactive render view to the dimensions of the final render?
If I have say a 200x800 dimensions, it doesn't fit the window to it...
