I keep having to click update preview in the slate material editor even though auto update is checked.
What do I need to do to have the material preview auto update?

Nothing really to post as far as screen shots. I select the object, assign material, (several attempts), and nothing happens.

I'm pretty new to 3ds max Corona and I get a little stopped up when I need to bring previously downloaded models into my max scenes. I have downloads from Evermotion, Globe Plants, and Xfrog to name a few and they all extract differently into my material and asset folders. Some extract into multiple maps as individual files, some as folders with all the maps and .max files together, and some as .max files with a separate folder containing the maps. So, what is the easiest, most streamlined method for bringing these into my scenes?

I created a parapet flashing cap in Revit before exporting FBX and importing into 3DS Max and when I select the parapet cap in max to apply materials, the materials aren't showing up in the interactive render. I've tried several different materials and nothing changes in the view, or render. Not sure why, when I select it in max, it's called default wall? But I'm looking for something more identifiable in objects to select and there are no other options. How do I apply  materials to this object?

[Max] I need help! / Camera settings aren't affecting interactive render

I signed up for a 3ds max corona course and after importing fbx files from Revit and applying an override material to everything and an HDRI sky environment, and corona camera, When I open the interactive renderer, the only camera setting that affects the interactive render is field of view.
Adjusting shutter speed, iso, and F stop does nothing. I can increase the HDRI output to brighten or darken the image. But the camera settings are doing nothing. Anyone know what I might be missing? I should also mention I have set up a camera viewport and that is the active viewport I am trying to render from.

[Max] I need help! / PC Constant crashing

I just loaded Corona on my pc and it's crashing every 10-20 minutes when running 3ds Max. I have been using Vray for quite awhile with no issues. I've had interactive render on pretty much the whole time. Might be related to that?
Running Corona Hotfix 10 with max 2024. Problem started first time running Corona.

Just wondering what the status is on the free beta version of Corona. Also wondering what the terms will be for a trial version if the free version is no longer available.
