Herman Debroux is a project to renovate an existing building, where the key element is the combination of white concrete and wood in the facade. The white concrete gives a modern and elegant look, while the wood elements add warmth and natural texture. This combination gives the building a modern yet cosy and natural look.

To illustrate the architectural concept, I made exterior 3D renderings.

The 3D rendering of the architectural project was made for the Belgian architectural bureau A2M.

3d animation for the Josephine project (San Antonio, TX, USA) by Provisual.pro

The Josephine residential complex seamlessly combines traditional North American architecture and brick facades, giving it a unique aesthetic.

The 3D animation perfectly showcases the building's design and community amenities. Every detail - from the reception desk to the dog washing station, fitness center and rooftop pool overlooking business center San Antonio - helps potential apartment buyers see what it will look like. The courtyard with patio, fountain, bar and seating areas create a harmonious combination of comfort and style.

To creating 3d animation we used the programs 3ds Max, Corona renderer, Adobe Photoshop CC, Itoo Forest Pack, Adobe After Effects, Adobe premiere pro. We also used Anima 4D Scanned People from AXYZ design.

3d animation consists of exterior and interior parts. Also was made camera tracking on the drone shooting, compositing and color correction.

The Cloche d'Or is a competitive architectural project for the construction of an office building in Luxembourg. The competition was announced by the company Atenor. The office campus consists of four buildings that harmonise with the urban environment of dynamic Luxembourg.

The Cloche d'Or is a project designed to achieve Passive House as well as BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and CO₂ neutral levels.

The 3D rendering of the architectural project was made for the Belgian architectural bureau A2M.

SVANEN is an architectural project, which represents a modern city hotel with a parking, located in the picturesque city of Norrköping, Sweden. The hotel is projected taking into account high standards of comfort, aesthetics and ecological sustainability.

3D visualization of the architectural project was done for the Swedish architectural bureau Arkitektur + Development RW AB. It was a very urgent project. It took about a week to create the renderings.

Liege Comp is a competitive architectural project for the construction of a new multifunctional building in Liege, Belgium.

As conceived by the architects, the building will have retail and residential space. At level 0 there will be retail space, at level +1 stores and mezzanine. Higher than these levels there will be residential apartments, as well as a rooftop common bar and chill out zone.

The Goemaere project is a reconstruction of an existing building. As conceived by the architects, the reconstruction will change the function of the building. The building will change from a public building to a residential building. The architectural project for the reconstruction of the building is fully adapted to its present needs.

We have done 3D visualization for this project before. These renderings are a new variant of the building's design. Architectural visualization allows you to more accurately assess the aesthetic qualities of the building and its interaction with the surrounding landscape.

The architectural visualization was made for the Belgian architectural bureau A2M.

Seraing is a project for the reconstruction of an industrial wasteland for an office building and production workshops. The building is located in Liege (Belgium).

The Seraing project is distinguished by its complex and original design as well as its unique and atypical architecture. The building uses modern materials for the finishes: transparent and sandblasted glass facades and metal panels (Kingspan microrib pannel).

It was necessary to make atmospheric exterior rendering of the building at different times of the day.

The buildings consist of residential areas (apartments) as well as public areas (co-working spaces and shops). Various shops are located on the ground floors of the buildings. Special attention has been given to atmospheric and comfortable outdoor public spaces.
