yep alreday told him to take a downpayment......but  anyway i also got clients who paid downpayment and never  paid  the rest..like AFDI.

Golden rule I had when I worked as a freelancer: never NEVER start a job without as least 30% of the budget paid beforehand. I asked 50% as a starting point for negociation, to often end with 30% ... that doesn't prevent from not getting paid for the 70% left, but still better than nothing. Anyway, I hope you'll find a way to get paid, Roland :(
