Hi everyone !

We want to share with you one of our latest projects.

Simplicity and functionality are the pillars of this project, where two volumes show a clear differentiation between served and servant spaces. The property sits on a small terrain elevation and orientation has been another focal point in order to take the most of the available vistas.

Following majorcan tradition, we've represented defining elements such as the local ceramic rooftiles, dry stone, wooden beams, majorcan blinds and marés for the jambs. Part of these traditions are also present on the warm colour palette chosen for these renderings, which is further accentuated with the lightning proposal.

Thank you!

Right now I dont remember the exact collection, but the assets are from MaxTree. We have reworked the materials of almost every grass and tree in order to correct colours and translucency to our preferences.
