Hello,

I have this issue since a few weeks with the beta builds of Corona. I thought it might be fixed with the final version, but it didn't.

Cosmos browser is giving me this error message. I download the latest version from the website as suggested. When I try to install it again (wanted to try the advanced options), it says that I've already have a newer version installed.

Have you also submitted a support ticket as explained in the error message, or only wrote in the forum so far? I am only asking to find out if there is a duplicate report or not.

I've found that removing the entire ChaosCosmos folder in User/Username/ then reinstalling again usually fixes that error on MacOS.

The solution was:

1) Uninstall Chaos Cosmos from /Applications/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos/uninstall
2) Delete the ChaosCosmos folder in /Library/ChaosGroup
3) Download and install Chaos Cosmos from the following link - https://download.chaosgroup.com/?platform=47&product=62
4) Try to use Chaos Cosmos again

It doesn't work for me! A white screen appears....
