You mean baking from textures to vertex colour?

Hm, i'm strugling to understand what exactly the problem is, if you bake textures with RTT it will always produce one map per channel. If you want one texture, then attach seat, legs and everything else into single object, unwrap it without overlaps (can be done automatically in RTT itself) and bake textures that you need.

hello, i attached all parts together - now it bake one texture with all parts_ great, but.... i took model, add Unwrap UVW, and flatten mapping. Why after this step i got different maping on the seat and also legs?

That's because you changed UVs :] You must duplicate your object, before changing UVs. The original model must retain its old mapping and copy have to be attached into single object and unwrapped. Then you can bake textures from iriginal to the copy with projection modifier. Be aware that Corona doesn't support projection baking yet!
