Hi, if you are a newbie, you would actually need to learn a lot about practice (3ds Max workflow, renderer configuration, lighting,...) and theory (composition, lighting techniques,...). It is not a matter of one or ten messages. You could, however, try creating a similar scene as good as you can, and then try to improve the weakest parts based on your, and other users' opinions.
