It seems that in Corona 7 the bug for visible seams in 360 panorama renderings with the HQ image filter is still existing and not fixed yet (see link at the bottom).
The devs are aware of this bug since Corona 5 (over year now).
The HQ filter is much faster than every other filter method so we heavily rely on this to work for our commercial work!
When can we expect this bug to finally be fixed?

Yes, we are aware of this, and currently only the workaround with changing the filter type can be used.
We will see if some kind of fix can make it into V8.
