Morning.
I have large Navis works file.
Exported out as dwf and fbx , but it crashes.
So downloaded trial of Vred.
Imported, dwf eventually , can’t get the dwf  or obj out as it crashes.
64gb of ram isn’t enough.
Any ideas, very tight deadline.
Thanks
Phil

can you try exporting half or a third or a quarter of the file at a time?

Thank you
At this point I feel I need a hug.
Large Pharma building , and they love putting every nut and bolt in.
I have dwf now importing for 26 hours, waste of time.
I have tried in Vred to select part but cant find a way.
Do back to importing a fbx.

I will put up the result here, as someone sometime may come across the same issue.
It's pure size issue I have the files are massive.

Hey friend, keep calm 😀
I worked on huge project ( site 2x3km ) filled with 10 factory buildings , all got in navis format.
All buildings made in smallest details, you know screws,cables,beams... All things you can/t imagine.
So very painful...
And there is no easy and fast way to export it from navis.
All you can do is export piece by piece into fbx and merge them together.
Try to find smart way to select things in navis , like by same material, and group them for easier work. And ofc dont export unsessery things 😊
Also fbx from navis got duplicated materials, to merge same named materials in 3ds max look for script 'condese materials'.
Good luck with that
