This looks great, I just don't like the glare on the lights, doesn't look scifi enough.

I think you need a bit more flame coming out of the jets.  some sort of interior ring flame?

something like this?  there is a more intense flame in the middle and then fades out

I am currently working on an updatet version of the ship.

animation experiment: rendered each frame with only 10 passes & denoiser in 1600x900; took roughly 2min per frame(200 total)

Thank you Advancedo. I use 3ds Max 2016, which imo is the most bugfree and fastest max so far.....

Hmm, not sure about speed, but max 2014 was significantly less buggy than max 2016.
Nice spacehip by the way. The only part of it i don't like, is frontmost part of the cockpit - it looks like something from steampunk style.

Thanks man. Besides 2016 I only know max 2013 and earlier and have the best experience so far.
Yes the cockpit is a bit weird, it is not my design, I bought it from turbosquid. But I like the overall shape and design. Materials, renders, and post done by me.
