We're aware of this. The workaround is to do a quick render, copy it to the clipboard and then right-click on the asset and update preview from the clipboard.

Dragging the Chaos material into my personal folder is black, as the icon on the right illustrates.

Ahh, I get it. Currently, the only workaround is to do a quick render and copy it to the clipboard, right-click on the asset and choose ''show details'', you can then right-click on the preview and choose ''Update preview from clipboard''.



This has already been reported.

Yes, it seems that frontal mapping is the issue here, regardless of different methods.

Hi there, there shouldn't be any issues rendering an older scene. It's only backward compatibility we do not support. I hope that helps.

Perfect thx! So it seems that this only happens with Frontal projection. All other projections are ok. I'll report this and thanks for bringing it to our attention.

*Update. I have tried to recreate this but it seems to be working as expected. Are you able to share a test with us outlining the issue? What version of Corona are you running as well?

Is there any information regarding the latest Corona in Blender? The topic is already several years old and this information is missing. I am referring to the real development of the plug-in for Blender.

The topic Which 3D soft to integrate into next? is closed, but the poll indicated that Blender was chosen by many users.

Hi there,

Thanks for your message. Are you working to scale at all? May I ask what the f-stop is for this? It seems extremely low to be so blurred like that. For example, even with a really low f-stop of 1.1 in this image, the background is still somewhat in focus. How are you using the background image, with a plane or an HDRI?
