That is pretty weird :-( Are you sure it's not a fault of Photoshop? What are you doing to produce these lines anyway?

It looks like an issue with alpha channel. Would it look similar if you would replace the photo background with, for example, solid black color?
It would be great if you could send us (here or privately) the .psd file and the scene file where this happens.

I can't try it right now but I remember getting these lines almost always went I want a straight alpha in .png / .tiff and similar formats. It looks good in the Windows thumbnail but when you open it you see them lines. Super weird.

I'll try to update my post when I try it out.
